U.S. And China Tariff Lists

The U.S. China Tariffs can be confusing. In order to help, we’ve put together a couple things that may help.

A beginning point, to see if your China product is subject to increased tariffs, is to put your HTSUS subheading number in the box at this link –

Click Here You’ll be taken to the ustr.gov page where you’ll scroll down to the bottom to find the box to enter your 8 digit HTSUS number.

TARIFF ACTION DETAILS – Where are we now?

Tranche 1 Chinese products are at 25% additional duties.

Tranche 2 Chinese products are at 25% additional duties.

Tranche 3 Chinese products are at 25% additional duties.

Tranche 4 Annex A Chinese products are at 7.5% additional duties. Tranche 4 Annex C tariff increase has been suspended until further notice.
