| Unit International, Inc was formed in 1985 by Fred Whelan, former Director
of Trade for the Port of Jacksonville, amongst others. The model for the business was to provide
a European style of brokerage and forwarding he witnessed overseas which followed shipments from
door to door providing the absolute highest level of customer service. Today, we strive to provide
this style of service using experience and technology.

Due to overwhelming success in the Port of Jacksonville, in 1991 Unit created the "Unit International
Group" and acquired ABA Brokerage Company, a Customs Broker of some 14 years in Miami.
The Unit Group then established an Export forwarding branch in Miami to complete the full
range of Import/Export services in Jacksonville and Miami, Florida.

In 2000, the Unit Group obtained an NVOCC liscense and began developing agency networks
in Central and South America. We have since developed strategic relationships in Asia, Europe, Canada,
and India.

Our staff includes several CHB License holders, Licensed Freight Forwarders, Haz Mat Certification
holders, and graduates in the fields of International Business.
